Nineteen years of civil engineering experience in Hawaii, supporting clients ranging from government agencies to private sector clients. Fostering strong client relationships and collaborative solutions are key to his approach. Technical experience covers a wide range of projects, including entitlement support, commercial site design, roadway expansion, school improvements, master planning, and site analysis, among other project types.

BIOGRAPHY
Executive Director of the Hawaii Carpenters Apprenticeship and Training Fund with extensive experience in the construction industry and recipient of numerous awards from local and national business and construction entities. Former Land Use Commissioner, serves on the Hawaii 3Rs (Repairing, Remodeling and Restoring Our Schools) Board as a director and also as the chairperson of the Technical Committee.

BIOGRAPHY
Early childhood educator and Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) teacher and principal with 45 years of experience. Partnered with Department of Defense Education Activity and HIDOE on a $33.2 million grant to upgrade school facilities to reflect 21st century priorities and authored two books, Leading with Aloha and Educating with Aloha.
